Dr. Fiorini studied at Syracuse University and completed medical school and rehabilitation residency training at Upstate University Hospital. His background includes pain medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and electrodiagnostic medicine. He directs the non-surgical spinal decompression department at MD Diagnostic Specialists in Maitland and Orlando.
